Tradewind Recruitment are seeking an organised, proactive, and dedicated Head of Year / Pastoral Manager to join a welcoming secondary school in Kirkby Stephen. This is a full-time, long-term role (5 days per week) with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
In this vital pastoral role, you will support students' wellbeing, behaviour, and engagement, working closely with staff, parents, and external agencies. A teaching qualification is not required, but strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to lead and motivate young people are essential.
