Tradewind Recruitment is working with a well-established, 2-form entry primary school in Hayes seeking a confident and experienced HLTA or Unqualified Teacher to provide full-time cover across the school from after half term. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who thrives in the classroom and can step in to deliver high-quality lessons in the absence of the class teacher. This is not a general TA role - the school requires someone with proven experience leading whole classes and maintaining strong behaviour management.
