This is a long-term opportunity for someone who thrives in the classroom and can step in to deliver high-quality lessons in the absence of the class teacher. This is not a general TA role - the school requires someone with proven experience leading whole classes and maintaining strong behaviour management.

- Support learning across a range of abilities
The role is full-time and long-term, offering consistency and the chance to become an integral part of the school team.
The Ideal Candidate
The school is looking for someone who:
- Has substantial experience as an HLTA, Cover Supervisor or Unqualified Teacher
- Has previously led whole classes in UK primary schools
- Demonstrates strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Is confident covering across different year groups
