As a Level 2 Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers to support pupils in the classroom and help ensure lessons run smoothly.
Your responsibilities will include:- Supporting pupils within whole-class lessons, small groups, and one-to-one
- Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and classroom organisation
- Supporting pupils who may need additional academic or behavioural support
- Delivering small group interventions under teacher guidance
- Encouraging pupil engagement, confidence, and participation in learning

To be considered for this role, you should hold a recognised Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent. Examples of suitable qualifications include:
