£90-£100 per day | Part-Time/ Full Time | Term-Time Only
Tradewind Recruitment is working with a welcoming primary school in Hatfield, Hertfordshire, seeking a Teaching Assistant / Learning Support Assistant to provide pastoral and classroom support for KS2 pupils who may need extra help to thrive.
This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is positive, proactive and flexible, with a genuine desire to make a difference to children\’s learning and wellbeing. Experience supporting pupils with additional needs is beneficial but not essential – commitment, reliability and a strong work ethic are key.
Role Details
Providing pastoral and academic support to KS2 pupils
15 hours per week minimum, term-time only
Afternoons preferred (12:30-3:30pm), flexible for the right candidate
Fixed-term contract until July 2026What We\’re Looking For
A caring, enthusiastic individual who enjoys working with children
Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
Experience in a school setting is desirable but not essential
A strong commitment to safeguarding and pupil wellbeingSafeguarding
