We are working with a supportive 2-form entry primary school in Harrow that is seeking an experienced Primary Teacher to take on a Year 4 class from September.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a teacher looking to join a welcoming and collaborative school where you can make a real impact on pupils' learning and development.
The Role
- Teach and lead a Year 4 class
- Plan and deliver engaging, creative and effective lessons
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Assess and monitor pupil progress, adapting teaching where appropriate
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and the wider school team
- Support the academic, social and emotional development of pupils
- Build strong relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues
- Support pupils with a range of learning needs
- The Ideal Candidate Will
- Be a qualified and experienced Primary Teacher
- Have previous experience teaching in a primary school
- Have strong classroom management and lesson planning skills
- Be passionate about helping children achieve their full potential
- Have excellent communication and organisational skills
- Be a positive and collaborative team player
- Have previous experience supporting or teaching children with additional needs - advantageous
