Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a proactive Secondary Teaching Assistant to join an Outstanding Ofsted-rated secondary school in South Harrow from September 2026. You will support pupils across KS3 and KS4, providing one-to-one and small-group assistance to raise achievement and engagement.

You will work with students who have SEND, including Autism, ADHD and SEMH, implementing strategies from EHCPs and learning plans, and collaborate with teachers, SENCOs and families to tailor learning.
