Tradewind Recruitment are recruiting a science teacher to work in the Greenwich area of London. The Science teacher must have specialism in either Biology, Chemistry and Physics but also be able to comfortably cover the whole syllabus or have experience teaching it before.
The post will begin in September 2026 and last up until the end of the academic year 2027 with an opportunity to be taken on permanently by the school should it be a success. The Science teacher will be expected to teach to both KS3 and KS4, especially leading a group of year 11's through exam season next academic year.
ECTs are welcome to apply, and it would be a great opportunity for them as pupil behaviour is excellent. The role is needed in September 2024. Opportunity to work in a good school with a supportive department. Paid to scale (M1-UPS3).
To commute to the school, there are tube links close by including an overground service which connects within a 2-minute walk. If the teacher does want to drive to school, there is no parking on site which means they will have to use a local car park which is within walking distance.
