The Role
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that inspire curiosity and a love of learning
- Create a positive classroom environment where pupils feel confident, supported and motivated
- Assess and monitor pupil progress, adapting teaching to meet individual needs
- Build strong relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues
- Work collaboratively with the wider school team to support the success of all learners
We Are Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching within Key Stage 2, ideally Lower KS2
- Strong classroom management and excellent communication skills
- A commitment to creating positive outcomes for every pupil
- A proactive, enthusiastic and flexible approach to teaching
