With permanent contracts available following a short qualifying period, various routes into Teacher Training and stacks of support from day one, this is a school with a great track record of supporting graduates and trainee Teachers as they venture into a career within Education.

As a Trainee Teacher, you will be responsible for supporting classes, working alongside pupils with mild SEN requirements ensuring that students are engaged, on task and focused. This school is centrally based in Welwyn Garden City, offers parking and a host of other staff benefits available to all.

Key requirements for this role include:

  • A positive attitude and approach to supporting young people
  • Relevant A levels and GCSEs
  • Experience working with children or young people (preferred but not essential as we can provide full training)
  • Strong communication skills to students
