A friendly, inclusive and welcoming two‑form entry primary school is looking to secure Graduate Teaching Assistants to join their school from September 2026. This role is ideal for graduates who are considering a future career in education, psychology, speech and language therapy or a related field, and who are keen to gain valuable, hands‑on experience in a primary school setting. Experience within a school is not required; however, a genuine desire to support children, likely in Year 3 and Year 4 (subject to change), is essential.
Role responsibilities:
- Supporting pupils' learning in class, in small groups and on a one‑to‑one basis
- Working closely with class teachers to support teaching and learning
- Helping to create a positive, nurturing and inclusive learning environment
- Supporting pupils with a range of needs, including SEND
- Contributing to the wider life of the school

Pay rates of between £90 - £100 are being offered.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Hold a degree (or are graduating in summer 2026)
- Are enthusiastic, patient and proactive
- Have a genuine interest in working with children

- Work well as part of a team
This position is full-time (5 days per week) during term time, 8 AM - 4 PM.

- An Enhanced Child Only DBS and/or Overseas Police checks
