Graduate Teacher Training Opportunity - Corby

Location: Corby

Start Date: April or September 2026

Contract: Full-Time Term-Time Only

Pay Rate: 95-120 per day (dependent on experience)

Are you a recent graduate with a passion for education and a desire to become a qualified teacher? We are working in partnership with secondary schools across Corby offering Graduate Teacher Training pathways starting in April or September 2026. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on classroom experience while developing the skills and confidence needed to progress into a PGCE, SCITT, QTS, or teacher apprenticeship route.

About the Role

This full-time, paid position is designed to provide aspiring teachers with practical classroom experience, structured support, and ongoing professional development. You will work closely with experienced teachers, gradually taking on more responsibility as your confidence grows.

  • Deliver pre-planned lessons under the guidance of qualified teaching staff
  • Support students across a range of subjects and year groups
  • Provide one-to-one and small-group intervention sessions
  • Help maintain a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment
