The Role
- As a Cover Supervisor, you will lead classrooms of up to 30 students in the absence of their regular teacher.
- You are not expected to plan or mark lessons; instead, you will:
- Deliver pre-planned work across various subjects, from English and Maths to PE and Drama.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively, ensuring a productive and safe learning environment.
- Support students with their tasks, answering questions and keeping them on track.
- Liaise with school staff to provide feedback on student progress and behaviour during the day.
