What You'll Do as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant
In your first year, your focus will be on sourcing and supporting outstanding education professionals across Kent. Your responsibilities will include:
- Interviewing and screening candidates for teaching and support roles
- Writing engaging candidate profiles and CVs for school marketing
- Supporting the sales team to place candidates into schools across the region
- Building strong, professional relationships with candidates and team members
- Meeting performance targets and earning commission along the way
- Developing your understanding of the education landscape and recruitment cycle
Your Career Path at Tradewind
Once you complete your first year, you'll move into a full sales role where you'll manage your own client base. You'll also receive advanced training in:
