What You'll Be Doing
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, your first year will focus on candidate generation and market knowledge. Your responsibilities will include:
- Sourcing and interviewing candidates for roles in primary, secondary and SEN schools
- Writing CVs and candidate profiles to showcase talent
- Supporting the sales team to match candidates with schools
- Building strong relationships with candidates and colleagues
- Meeting achievable targets and earning commission for every placement
- Working collaboratively in a positive, team-driven culture
