The Role
This position bypasses the crowded mainstream classroom environment to focus entirely on high-impact, small-scale interventions. You will be working with classes made up of up to 5 pupils, giving you the unique opportunity to build strong rapport, recognise specific sensory or emotional triggers, and implement tailored behavioural support.
