This is a full-time, long-term role starting February 2026, designed for someone who wants to move beyond "general classroom help" and truly impact pupil outcomes.
This isn’t just a support role; it’s a professional foundation. You will work specifically with Years 3-6, helping pupils master the transition from "learning to read" to "reading to learn." You will:
- Lead small-group "Booster" sessions in Maths and SPAG (Spelling, Punctuation, and Grammar).
- Work 1:1 with pupils to build their confidence ahead of KS2 SATs.
- Be mentored by an experienced Year Lead, gaining insight into lesson planning and behavioural psychology.
What We Are Looking For (Requirements)
