This is an ideal stepping stone for those considering a future in teaching (PGCE/School Direct) or anyone looking to gain high-level leadership and classroom management experience. The Role As a Cover Supervisor, you will lead classrooms of up to 30 students in the absence of their regular teacher. You are not expected to plan or mark lessons; instead, you will: Deliver pre-planned work across various subjects, from English and Maths to PE and Drama.
