Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking a qualified Geography Teacher to join a Special Educational Needs (SEN) school in Northamptonshire.
This is a unique opportunity to teach a subject you love in a supportive, specialist setting where every lesson you deliver has a meaningful impact. You will be teaching pupils across Key Stages 3 and 4, with a focus on delivering engaging, accessible lessons tailored to a variety of learning needs, including autism, SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health), and moderate learning difficulties.
You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide differentiated lessons, maintain positive behaviour strategies, and help students develop both academically and personally.
The role includes:
- Planning and delivering Geography lessons adapted to individual needs.

- Supporting students with a range of SEN through scaffolded learning.
- Working collaboratively with SENCOs, teaching assistants, and therapists.

Ideal candidate will have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or QTLS).
- A background in teaching Geography at KS3/KS4.
