Tradewind Recruitment is partnering with an Alternative Provision in Fleetwood to recruit a Teaching Assistant for the 2026/27 academic year.

You will support pupils with SEMH needs, ADHD, autism or school exclusion histories, delivering targeted intervention and maintaining a calm, constructive classroom.

The role is full-time, five days a week, initially temporary with potential for a permanent contract with the school. Start date September 2026.
