Job Description SEN Learning Support Assistant | Blackpool & Fleetwood | Summer Term April 2026 - July 2026 (ASAP Start)

This role runs through to the end of the academic year in July, with the exciting potential to extend into a permanent or long-term position starting in September 2026.

Targeted SEN Support
- You will work closely with students who have specific Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), providing the stability they need to succeed during the busy Summer term.
Tailored Support: Deliver academic and behavioural interventions focused on individual EHCP goals.
Inclusion: Act as an advocate for your student, ensuring they are fully engaged in classroom activities.

- Qualified LSAs: We have immediate placements for those holding a Level 3 qualification.
- Aspiring Educators: Want to earn your Level 3? We partner with two local colleges to offer Apprenticeship pathways, allowing you to gain your qualification while you work.
08:30 - 15:30 (Monday-Friday).
Flexibility: 3 to 5 days per week available.
