We are currently seeking dedicated Primary Teachers to support a leading Catholic Multi-Academy Trust across the Blackpool and Fylde Coast, covering schools from Kirkham to Fleetwood.
The upcoming term is our most vital recruitment period. By joining the Trust now, you will be perfectly positioned for permanent or long-term vacancies arising from the September 2026 starts.
Choose Your Path: Daily Cover vs. Long-Term Teaching
- Daily Ad-hoc Cover (£120 - £150 per day)
- The Role: Deliver pre-planned lessons provided by the school. Ideal for those seeking flexibility and a stress-free work-life balance.
- The Benefit: No planning, no assessment, and no staff meetings. This is an excellent stepping stone to get to know the schools within the Trust.
- Requirements: High-quality lesson delivery, marking the day's work, and ensuring a tidy classroom reset.
- Long-Term Teaching Posts (£168.80+ per day)
- The Role: Full teaching responsibilities, including planning, assessment, and wider school contributions (parents' evenings and staff meetings).
- The Benefit: Direct experience that frequently leads to permanent recruitment and internal contracts.
- Pay: Paid to the M-Scale (starting from £168.80 per day, dependent on experience).
The Catholic Ethos & Your Career
As these schools sit within a Catholic MAT, all staff are expected to support and uphold the spiritual mission of the Trust.
Permanent Prospects: While not required for initial supply work, teachers wishing to transition into a permanent contract will be encouraged to obtain the Catholic Certificate in Religious Studies (CCRS). We provide full guidance on how to begin this qualification.
