The Role
You will support students aged 11-16 in and out of the classroom, helping them stay engaged, build confidence, and achieve their academic potential. You'll work closely with teachers and pastoral staff to provide targeted support and promote positive behaviour and learning.

Requirements
- Experience working with students aged 11-16
