This rewarding role involves supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, including autism, ADHD, speech and language needs and social, emotional and mental health needs. Your responsibilities will include: Providing one-to-one and small group support. Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO. Encouraging pupil independence and confidence. Supporting communication, emotional regulation and engagement. Helping to create a safe, nurturing and inclusive learning environment. The successful candidate will: Have experience supporting children or young people with SEND (preferred). Be patient, compassionate and resilient. Have excellent communication skills.
