EYFS Teaching Assistant

EYFS Teaching Assistant – Central Stockport Tradewind Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced and nurturing EYFS Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in central Stockport. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated individual with a passion for early years education and supporting children with additional needs. The Role: Supporting children within an EYFS setting Working closely with the class teacher to deliver the EYFS curriculum Providing targeted support for pupils with SEND Assisting with phonics, early development, and play-based learning Creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environmentThe Ideal Candidate: Has previous experience working within a school, ideally in EYFS Has strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum Has experience supporting children with SEND Is patient, caring, and able to build strong relationships with pupils Demonstrates excellent communication and teamwork skillsThis is a great opportunity to join a supportive school where you can make a real difference in the early stages of a child's education.
