Early Years Teaching Assistant – Islington Primary School – September 2025 Start 📍 Location: Islington 🕘 Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday – 08:30am to 3:30pm 💷 Pay: £95-£105 per day (PAYE) 📅 Start Date: September 2025 **Must have a CACHE Level 3 early years qualification or equivalent** SANZA Teaching Agency is delighted to be working with a warm, welcoming, and supportive primary school in the heart of Islington. We are currently recruiting for a CACHE Level 3 qualified Early Years Teaching Assistant to join their on-site nursery, working with children aged 3 to 4 years old in a pre-school setting. This full-time role is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and nurturing Teaching Assistant who is eager to support children in their early development stages. You\’ll be working in a well-resourced EYFS environment alongside a strong team of early years professionals. The Role: Supporting children of mixed abilities in the school nursery, including children with additional needs Assisting the class teacher in delivering engaging Early Years activities in line with the EYFS curriculum Providing emotional, behavioural, and academic support to ensure all children feel safe, supported, and ready to learn Creating a positive and stimulating learning environment where every child can thrive Collaborating with SENCOs, speech and language therapists, and other professionals where needed The Ideal Candidate Will: Hold a CACHE Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in Early Years education Have experience working within a Nursery, EYFS, or pre-school setting Be patient, reliable, and passionate about supporting early childhood development Have experience or a keen interest in working with children with SEND Be confident in supporting learning through play and structured activities Be able to work effectively as part of a team and contribute positively to the classroom environment This is a brilliant opportunity to make a genuine difference in a child\’s early school experience while working within a lovely school that values every member of their team.
