A well-established independent (private) preparatory school in the Borough of Hillingdon is seeking to appoint a creative and nurturing EYFS Teacher to join their Early Years team from September 2026. The Role

- Creating a stimulating, language-rich, and inclusive classroom environment
- Supporting children's personal, social, emotional, and academic development
- Observing, assessing, and recording progress accurately using EYFS profiles
- Leading early phonics, literacy, and numeracy learning
- Building strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
- Working collaboratively with teaching assistants and EYFS staff to enhance provision

The Ideal Candidate
The school would welcome applications from teachers who:
- Hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Have experience working within EYFS (independent school experience is desirable but not essential)
