About the Role

A highly regarded specialist Autistic Spectrum Condition (ASC) school in Chorley is seeking a passionate EYFS Teaching Assistant (TA) to join their early years team. This is a fantastic full-time opportunity working Monday to Friday, starting immediately or for the upcoming term. This position is initially on a temporary basis, with a direct view to a permanent contract for the correct candidate.
You will be working within a nurturing Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) setting, supporting young learners who have autism and associated sensory or communication needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support to EYFS children with Autistic Spectrum Conditions (ASC).
- Assist the class teacher in delivering the EYFS curriculum through structured, play-based learning and sensory activities.
