Tradewind Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced SEN Teacher to join a specialist SEN school in Sheffield, supporting pupils with a range of complex and additional needs. We are looking for a teacher who is confident working in a specialist environment and understands that SEN teaching can be challenging, unpredictable and incredibly rewarding.
Pupils may present with complex learning needs, communication difficulties, emotional regulation difficulties and behaviours that can be challenging to manage. The successful candidate will need to be patient, resilient and nurturing, while maintaining clear boundaries and high expectations. You will need to adapt your teaching to meet individual needs and be comfortable working alongside teaching assistants and wider specialist teams.
