Tradewind Recruitment is recruiting for a Speech and Language Teaching Assistant to join a warm, inclusive school in Chelmsford for a September 2026 start. You will support pupils with communication activities and targeted SLT interventions. The role focuses on helping children develop confidence, communication skills, and independence within a supportive learning environment.

Experience with autism, ADHD, SEMH, dyslexia, or sensory processing needs is valued, and your patient approach will help.
