An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate, resilient, and dedicated Teacher of PSHE Humanities to join a highly supportive and specialist educational setting in the Colchester area. The Role
The school is seeking a committed classroom practitioner who can deliver engaging PSHE and Humanities lessons while supporting pupils' wider emotional, social, and educational development. Key responsibilities include:
- Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons
- Supporting pupils with a range of SEND and SEMH needs
- Monitoring, assessing, and reporting on pupil progress
- Acting as a Form Tutor and key contact for families
- Contributing to EHCP reviews, pastoral support plans, and progress reports
- Promoting positive behaviour
