Tradewind Recruitment is working in partnership with a specialist setting in the Southend On Sea area, seeking an experienced and committed SEN Teacher to support pupils with complex needs on a full-time basis from September.
This role involves working with pupils who require a highly structured, individualised approach to learning. The school provides a well-supported environment with experienced support staff, clear routines, and a strong emphasis on communication, independence, and emotional development.
The Role:
- Full-time SEN Teacher
