This full-time role is perfect for someone with a background in education, tutoring, or alternative provision who can confidently deliver Key Stage 3 and 4 English lessons.
The Role
- Deliver engaging English lessons using provided materials and creative approaches
- Support students in developing literacy, comprehension, and writing skills
- Adapt lessons to meet varied learning needs, including SEND and SEMH students
- Work collaboratively with English and pastoral teams to ensure student progress
- Provide constructive feedback and maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment
About You
- Strong knowledge of English Language and Literature
