Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant looking to make a real impact in secondary education? Tradewind Recruitment is seeking dedicated Teaching Assistants to deliver targeted English and Maths interventions to secondary school pupils across Sheffield and South Yorkshire.

About the Role
As a Teaching Assistant specialising in English and Maths interventions, you will:
- Support students on a 1:1 basis or in small groups to improve their skills in English and Maths.
- Work closely with teachers to deliver tailored intervention sessions that raise attainment.
- Build students\β confidence, resilience, and engagement in learning.
- Adapt your approach to meet the needs of learners at different ability levels.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, or similar role.

- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one through Tradewind Recruitment).
