Tradewind Recruitment is urgently seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager for an immediate start. This is a key role within a busy primary school setting, offering the opportunity to lead and shape the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced office.
Salary: £29,000 - £32,000 (FTE), dependent on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the day-to-day running of the office, ensuring efficiency across all administrative systems
- Act as the first point of contact, providing a professional and welcoming front-of-house service
- Oversee financial administration, including payments, record-keeping, and compliance processes
- Manage communications, including the main inbox and internal coordination
- Support admissions, attendance, and pupil onboarding processes
- Coordinate events, manage supplies, and oversee office resources and equipment
- Provide high-level administrative support to staff and leadership, including training arrangements
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding, data protection, and health & safety policies
- Support marketing and communications, including newsletters and social media updates
