- Pay: £95-£125 per day PAYE
- Setting: Specialist SEN School
- Experience: SEN / Behaviour experience preferred
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting pupils with behavioural and additional needs
- Building strong, positive relationships
- Providing 1:1 and small-group support
- Helping pupils with emotional regulation
- Managing and de-escalating challenging behaviour
- Encouraging positive engagement with learning
- Working closely with teachers and pastoral staff
- Supporting pupils to develop confidence and independence
Who We're Looking For
We're keen to hear from Behaviour Mentors, Learning Mentors, SEN TAs, Youth Workers, Support Workers and Pastoral staff with experience working with young people.
Experience with SEN, SEMH, Autism, ADHD, challenging behaviour, de-escalation or emotional regulation would be highly desirable.
