Tradewind Recruitment is working with a supportive school in Enfield to recruit a Behaviour Mentor to support pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs on a full-time basis. This is a rewarding role for someone experienced in supporting students with behavioural and emotional needs, helping them engage positively with learning and school life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 and small-group SEMH support
- Support pupils with emotional regulation and behaviour management
