Inclusion Support Assistant - Enfield
Location: Enfield, North London. Employment: Full-Time. Start Date: September 2026. Pay: £95-£110 per day during term time only.
Are you looking for a rewarding role supporting young people with additional learning needs in a secondary school setting?
The successful candidate will work closely with students requiring additional support, helping them access the curriculum, build confidence and develop independence throughout the school day.
The Role
You will support students with a range of needs including Autism, ADHD, moderate learning difficulties, speech and language needs and social, emotional and mental health needs.
Working alongside teachers and the SENDCo, you will deliver tailored interventions and help ensure every student receives the support they need to achieve their full potential.
Responsibilities
- Provide classroom‑based support across Key Stages 3 and 4
- Deliver 1:1 and small-group interventions
- Adapt learning materials when appropriate
- Encourage student independence and resilience
- Monitor academic and personal progress
- Support emotional wellbeing and confidence
- Promote positive behaviour and engagement
- Work collaboratively with teaching and pastoral teams
