Tradewind Recruitment is partnering with secondary schools in Market Rasen and surrounding areas to recruit Teaching Assistants for September start. You will support students with a range of additional needs, including SEMH, ASD, dyslexia, ADHD and more, assisting learning and personal development on a daily basis.
You will work closely with teachers and the SEND team to provide compassionate, patient support and help create an inclusive, confident classroom environment that enables every student to thrive.
