WHAT WILL YOU DO?

As an Education Recruitment Consultant, you'll become a specialist in education recruitment.

  • Build relationships with teachers and education professionals
  • Source, interview and register candidates
  • Match teachers with suitable schools
  • Build relationships with schools and education leaders
  • Help schools solve their recruitment challenges
  • Develop new and existing client relationships
  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish
  • Work towards achievable KPIs and targets
  • Deliver an outstanding candidate and client experience

This is a people-focused, commercial role.

You'll work towards targets and develop business relationships, so we're looking for people who are ambitious, resilient and motivated to succeed.

No previous recruitment experience is required. We'll teach you recruitment. You already understand education.

TRAINING AND CAREER PROGRESSION

You’ll join our IMPACT Academy, our structured training and development programme designed to give you the skills and confidence to succeed.

You’ll receive recruitment training, hands-on experience, coaching, mentoring, sales and business development training, plus ongoing career development.
