The Role: Education Recruitment Consultant (London)

In your first year, you will:

  • Recruit teachers and education staff for temporary and permanent roles
  • Interview, screen and support candidates through placements
  • Create professional CV profiles for London schools
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with schools across Greater London
  • Work towards achievable targets with your manager
  • Earn commission at every stage of your development

Salary, Commission & Benefits

  • £32,000 basic salary
  • £35,000 - £42,000 realistic first-year earnings
  • Commission paid from day one
  • 35 days annual leave + reduced hours during school holidays (4.5-hour days)
