The Role: Education Recruitment Consultant (London)
In your first year, you will:
- Recruit teachers and education staff for temporary and permanent roles
- Interview, screen and support candidates through placements
- Create professional CV profiles for London schools
- Build strong, long-term relationships with schools across Greater London
- Work towards achievable targets with your manager
- Earn commission at every stage of your development
Salary, Commission & Benefits
- £32,000 basic salary
- £35,000 - £42,000 realistic first-year earnings
- Commission paid from day one
- 35 days annual leave + reduced hours during school holidays (4.5-hour days)
