Key Responsibilities
- Learning & Development: Plan and deliver engaging lessons across your chosen key stages under the guidance of experienced mentors.
- Assessment: Mark student work and provide constructive feedback to drive academic progress and ensure students are prepared for their relevant milestones.
- Classroom Management: Build your confidence in maintaining a productive learning environment; managing classroom behaviour effectively with departmental and senior leadership support.
- Collaboration: Work alongside dynamic teaching teams to ensure high standards of teaching and learning across the school.
Requirements & Skills
- Education: A degree in your chosen subject area or Primary Education.
- Qualifications: Current enrolment in or completion of a recognised teaching qualification (e.g., QTS, PGCE, or School Direct).
- Passion for Teaching: A strong desire to inspire the next generation and a commitment to your own professional development.
- Knowledge: A solid understanding of the current UK National Curriculum.
