Tradewind Recruitment are working in partnership with a welcoming mainstream primary school to recruit a passionate and dedicated EYFS Teacher to work within their Specialist Resource Provision (SRP). This is a unique opportunity to lead learning for early years pupils with additional needs, supporting children with Autism (ASC) and Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN) in a nurturing, structured, and highly supportive environment.

The Role: You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging, developmentally appropriate EYFS lessons tailored to meet a range of individual needs. Working within the SRP, you will focus on early communication, social development, early literacy and numeracy, and school readiness skills. You will also support pupils in accessing mainstream EYFS provision where appropriate.

You will work closely with the SENCO, support staff, and external professionals such as Speech and Language Therapists to ensure pupils receive a highly personalised approach to learning.

We're looking for a Teacher who:

  • Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
  • Has experience working with SEN, particularly ASC and/or SLCN (highly desirable)
  • Can build strong relationships with pupils, families, and professionals
