Tradewind Recruitment are seeking to appoint a positive and inspiring Early Years Teacher with experience in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) for September 2025. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about developing and inspiring a life-long love of learning in children, who is self-motivated, creative and fun. It is essential that you have a good understanding of the EYFS and approach curriculum subjects in a meaningful, age appropriate and expressive way. We are looking for an EYFS Teacher who can work full-time from September who can commit to a long-term placement. We welcome applications from teachers with a range of experience, including Early Career Teachers.

We are looking for an Early Years Teacher who can:

  • Provide a stimulating, balanced and appropriate learning environment for all children
  • Provide pastoral care and support to children within a secure learning environment
  • Assist with the development of a child's personal, social, language and physical coordination abilities
  • Help children develop curiosity and knowledge
  • Observe, assess and record each child's progress
  • Ensure that the health and safety of children and staff is maintained during all activities
  • Build and maintain healthy relationships with children, staff and parents

Essentials:

  • Hold QTS status or equivalent teaching qualification
  • Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
  • CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible
  • Legal right to work in the UK
