Early Years Practitioner (EYFS) | Full-Time | Islington Primary School
A fantastic mainstream Primary School in the Borough of Islington is looking for an experienced Early Years Practitioner (EYFS) to join their Early Years team on a full-time, long-term basis. The successful candidate will work across Nursery and Reception, supporting children aged 2-4 and helping them develop through a nurturing, engaging and inclusive learning environment.
What will you be doing as an Early Years Practitioner?
- Working across Nursery and Reception, supporting children aged 2-4.
- Supporting children with phonics, early reading, writing and communication activities.
- Providing support to children with mild Special Educational Needs (SEN).
- Following and delivering the EYFS curriculum to a high standard.
- Supporting children's social, emotional and educational development.
- Working closely with teachers and the wider Early Years team to provide consistent support.
The school are looking for an Early Years Practitioner with:
- Level 3 qualification or higher, such as CACHE, Early Years or Health and Social Care.
- A strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and framework.
- Previous experience working within an EYFS setting is essential.
- A bubbly, energetic and nurturing personality.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a large and collaborative team.

- £95-£110 per day, depending on experience and hours worked
