Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to work across a range of well-established nurseries and children's centres in Lambeth.

We offer a warm, well-organised environment where children are encouraged to explore, communicate and develop independence. You may be placed within a nursery class, baby room, toddler provision or a children's centre, depending on your experience and the needs of our partner settings.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate activities in line with the EYFS
  • Support children with communication, language, social and early learning goals
  • Maintain a safe, orderly and nurturing environment
  • Work collaboratively with staff teams and contribute to planning
  • Build strong relationships with families and support individual needs
Qualifications
  • Hold a full and recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification
  • Demonstrate recent experience in nursery or early years settings
  • Provide a full CV with complete employment history
  • Hold, or be willing to obtain, an Enhanced DBS
  • Have the legal right to work in the UK
