Tradewind Education works in partnership with a number of mainstream primary schools and nursery settings across Camden that are currently recruiting Early Years Practitioners (CACHE Level 3). Due to ongoing demand, we have multiple full-time opportunities available.
The role:
You will be placed in one of our partner settings, supporting children within Nursery or Reception, helping to create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment that supports early development.
Key responsibilities:
Support children\’s learning and development in line with the EYFS framework
Plan and deliver engaging play-based activities
Carry out observations and contribute to assessments
Support children\’s personal, social, and emotional development
Work collaboratively with teachers, Early Years teams, and parents
Ensure safeguarding and welfare requirements are met
Requirements:
CACHE Level 3 qualification (or equivalent)
Experience working in Early Years settings (school or nursery-based)
A warm, patient, and proactive approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
