We are currently searching for an enthusiastic and motivated Early Years Manager to lead an established Nursery based in South Liverpool. This full time, permanent role offers an incredible opportunity to inspire a dedicated team of practitioners to make a lasting impact on the lives of children and families in the local community.

Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Overseeing the day to day operation of the nursery to provide the highest levels of care and education
  • Leading, supporting and managing a team of Early Years practitioners
  • Creating strong relationships with children, staff and parents
  • Maintaining accurate records

Requirements of the role:

  • A minimum Level 3 Qualification in Early Years/Young People's workforce or similar qualification (Level 5 or higher is desired)
  • Proven experience working in Early Years and Nurseries with previous management and leadership experience
  • Strong leadership, organisation and communication skills
