SANZA Teaching Agency is recruiting Early Years Educators across Hackney and Tower Hamlets for a range of welcoming nurseries and primary school EYFS provisions. Settings seek dedicated practitioners holding a NCFE CACHE Level 3 Early Years qualification to support children in early development.
Role
- Support the learning, care and development of children aged 0-5 within EYFS settings.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities aligned with the EYFS framework.
- Create safe, inclusive and stimulating environments that promote curiosity and independence.
- Support children's communication, language, physical and emotional development.
- Observe, assess and record children's progress using EYFS tracking systems.
- Work closely with parents and carers to support each child's learning journey.
- Support children with SEND through tailored activities and targeted support.
- Promote positive behaviour, routines and early social development.
- Ensure safeguarding, health and safety procedures are followed at all times.
- Work collaboratively with room leaders, teachers and EYFS teams.
Qualifications
- NCFE CACHE Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification (essential).
- Experience in nursery or EYFS settings (preferred).
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development.
- A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach to working with young children.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
