On behalf of a family-run and supportive Early Years Setting in South Liverpool, Tradewind recruitment are currently looking for an Early Years Curriculum Leader to organise and support staff with the planning and delivery of the EYFS Curriculum. This Full Time role requires at least a Level 3 Early Years qualification and a minimum of 3 years experience working in Early Years settings.

As the EYFS Curriculum Lead, you will take a pivotal role in shaping, implementing and monitoring the EYFS curriculum to make sure that it meets the needs of all children and provides excellent outcomes. You will work closely with the wider Nursery Management Team and Practitioners to embed the best practices and inspire high-quality teaching and learning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, delivery and evaluation of an engaging, inclusive EYFS curriculum
  • Support and mentor staff to ensure high-quality teaching and learning across the nursery
  • Monitor children’s progress and ensure effective assessment and planning
  • Ensure the curriculum reflects the needs, interests and developmental stages of all children
  • Support Ofsted readiness and maintain high standards in line with EYFS and safeguarding requirements
  • Work in partnership with parents, carers and external professionals

About You

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification (Level 5 or above desirable)
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the EYFS framework
