A large secondary school based in Ealing, London, is looking for a Music Teacher to join their team from September on a long-term contract. The school is seeking someone to start in September, with the role expected to continue on a long-term basis. This position is full-time, although part-time applicants will also be considered. Working hours are from 8:30am to 3:30pm. Salary will be paid in line with the Inner London MPS/UPS pay scale. On-site parking is available for staff.
Deliver engaging and inspiring music lessons that develop students' practical performance, composition, listening, and appraisal skills across Key Stages 3 and 4. Support students' musical development by encouraging creativity, confidence, and self-expression through a broad and inclusive curriculum. Prepare students for GCSE Music, ensuring they are challenged and supported to achieve their full academic and creative potential. Create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed learning environment where all students are encouraged to participate and succeed. Contribute to the wider life of the school through music enrichment opportunities, performances, and extracurricular activities where appropriate.
